1. He said the opposite last night. Odd. He had three opportunities to correct the record then.

He waits until no one is sharing the stage to say this?

The record seems to indicate Sanders was correct on Sunday and wrong on Monday:

2. Standard Debate Tactic: Bring up something to disrupt thought, forcing one to recall circumstances.

Instead of being reactive, which transfers power to the one changing the topic, Sanders stayed on topic.

Later, when reflecting, the proper thoughts come to mind, after recalling the various influences.

BTW: That tactic of switching topics is a favorite ploy of people with Borderline Personality Disorder. Now, before you accuse me of saying HRC has BPD--I'm saying that it's a tactic used to throw off someone who is close to cornering another person's errors on a topic. It's a very successful trick to redirect a conversation, and most everyone but skilled counselors and debaters fall for that and allow themselves to be redirected. It's impressive that he did not take the bait, because the press and foreign negotiators will do that as well.

Now, this might explain why HRC seems to avoid unscriped interviews, and holds town halls with a selective audience.

She needs to show that she can handle a completely hardball type of extended interview. The short minute or two ones seem to show a lack of focus creep into the decision-making process.

3. Clinton was correct; Sanders's correction today is wrong. A bizarre attempt to rewrite history.

But, it's Sanders who collapsed without a script, and back in the safety of a scripted pep rally, he distorts the truth.

This gets stranger by the day.

4. I'll wait for this to get hashed out by better people than me, instead of being a political hack.

Right now, this is still being worked out. It's too early to say what the truth is definitively.
