Did anyone catch that rightwing twit on CNN

last night, who said that Trump is going to get more votes than either Bernie or Hillary, just checked both Bernie and Hillary got well over 500,000 each and Trump was a good chunk under 500,000.
The twit was saying this is astonishing in a 4 person race versus a 2 person race and it looks bad for the Dems come December and of course the Dems let him get away with the bogus numbers

...it's difficult to remember which is which. I think Hillary probably got more votes than anyone... but, maybe not... This could be because Hillary and Bernie divide two, while the Republicans have more candidates. I always see, on DU, about the record turn-outs and excitement for Bernie; then, the numbers come in to show Democratic turnout down while Republicans break records. That's a problem... but maybe people are voting for Trump because they think he will destroy the Republican Party's image, for once and for all... It's getting very confusing...

from having more candidates means you have more staff who work on getting out the vote, I think the concern is overstated and there is also the circus element to that side that brings more interest

Though not a sure thing, if he had combined the Democratic vote totals and did likewise for the Republicans in a reconciled fashion, perhaps he and others would have realized his cognitive bias. Hey he still got paid... it's what they do.
