if it was me in that picture, and just point out that I didn't approve of Hillary trying to hijack my image and my company for political points.

Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words, and sometimes a short comment on a picture is worth several hundred thousand of them

Most references I see to it involve someone else using your image for commercial gain. I'm not finding anything about use in political advertising, and in any case it's governed by state law so it wouldn't fall under the DMCA.

In Michigan, it seems that the right of publicity has been touched upon by several court decisions but isn't a matter of statute. (http://www.dmlp.org/legal-guide/michigan-right-publicity-law) And such cases as have been brought run into questions about First Amendment rights, whether the person bringing suit has to be a celebrity to claim that their right to exploit their own image has been infringed, and similar uncertainties.

I would suggest that continuing to use the situation to embarrass Hillary into apologizing is a better course than legal action.

For everything his supporters say and do? I just saw another "I am a really real progressive, and I really like Sanders, but: I'm voting for Hillary because of his supporters" post at DailyKos

Are things beginning to tumble for her? Maybe because of 1. the lie about Bernie's involvement in Civil Rights...."that's not Bernie in that picture", or 2. the lie about the bailout, or 3.Bill's appearance at a campaign sight with a bull horn

And Bernie keeps going on, repeating the same message he has had for years and not resorting to dirty tricks or lies.

Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out who would be the best President for our country.

Hillary's social media manager misidentified that bakery for a different one in another photo op!!!

http://www.deathandtaxesmag.com/283671/hillary-clinton-avalon-bakery-bernie-barista/

What’s more interesting is that apparently Clinton’s social media manager misidentified the bakery in the photo op. This photo is from another Detroit coffeeshop called Astro Coffee.

Here’s Clinton on Astro Coffee’s Instagram page, where they made a snarky reference to Sanders.

"Espresso to go? She must be feeling the Bern".

You can't buy mistakes like this. What a comedy of errors!
