2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumIs this a joke?
We had a thoughtful, substantive town hall where both candidates answered substantive questions. At one point, each candidate was DIRECTLY asked about Trump, and answered the question. It was a footnote. Neither brought him up, neither even wanted to talk about him, and had to be prodded into doing so.
So what does CNN.com lead with?

Edit: When I originally posted this, I hadn't even noticed that in the sidebar, there are 11 stories. 8 are about Trump.

(130,714 posts)Been watching them (occasionally) instead of msnbc, for a new view. Didn't watch much of the Town Hall, what I saw looked good, and went on to watch their 'White House' historical documentary, which I did like.

They are so far up Trumps rear end they are redefining the term yellow-journalism.

(1,523 posts)I thought CNN did a good job on the townhall. I'm taking it back due to that ridiculous headline on CNN. Even though he was not present Trump still gets the main headline. CNN makes both Clinton and Sanders second bannas in reporting on their townhall. CNN needs to change its name to TNN, because it is all Trump all the time.

(31,935 posts)post any article about Bernie on FB and it will usually say "Hillary Clinton trending" above it, or "Donald Trump trending". NEVER "Bernie Sanders trending". I listened to NPR off and on all day yesterday, and every time I tuned in they were talking about Trump. We MUST call the media on this nonsense. THEY created this monster, and now THEY must be held accountable!
