3. Hillary wants to restrict the death penalty to federal crimes like Timothy McVeigh

There have been 3 federal executions in the last 20 years including McVeigh. Kind of an odd hill for Hillary to choose to die on. I thought she came within about an inch last night of saying "OK, I give up. I'm now against the death penalty!"

because every 10 years or so they attack one of our other enemies.

If having the death penalty in your back pocket to use in cases so rare they almost never occur, prevents you from condemning a system that kills dozens every year, at times innocent people, and is racially biased toward killing African Americans, then you have your priorities severely screwed up.

Condemn the death penalty ... big deal, maybe at worst two or three really bad terrorists will sit in prison the rest of their lives rather be executed ... the country will survive .. if on the other hand it continues to execute criminals based on skin color ...??
