I know I'll be working hard in my neck of the woods, because we have an unusual number of down ballot offices open this time -- and a crapload of outside GOP money will be pouring in in hopes of getting a majority favorable to the activities of Big Oil.

How about your County?

It's all down hill from here.

She was expected to have won back in January and she is only a few hundred delegates ahead halfway thru. I feel bad for her and her supporters being as they are still in for a heavy fight.

Bern it UP!

I wrote last year that the race would essentially be over by mid-March, and it is. There's no coming back from this. The time has come to accept reality and move on. Get organized at the local level and start the process of bringing about systemic change. The hard work is done between election cycles. You can't just wait for the next presidential election and hope the most progressive candidate wins. You must engage in a daily struggle.

You have a fevered wish to prove yourself smart but your actual prophecies belie your understanding of the race which is at the mere halfway point.

It must hurt badly to have someone on the internet tell you you may be wrong?

Put aside the ad hominem attack. If you can detail a realistic path to the nomination for Sanders (as opposed to making a substanceless statement such as "he will/can still win&quot , I'm more than happy to entertain your idea.

First you brag about your prophesying, then when I call you on it you become a strawman and ask me to make you happy by proving you may be wrong?

I don't think so, bucko. Meaning I can't make you happy. Here it is in simple terms:

Hill won x numbers of delegates with half the states. Bernie can win x numbers in the other half.

I'm not asking you to make me happy. I'm suggesting you don't grasp the mathematical and demographic realities at work here. The lead Clinton now has is far, far more difficult to overcome than you seem to realize.

only late arriving absentee ballots and perhaps a few votes from KC to count. Her lead should hold up, but you never know.

4 of 5 is amazing.

5 of 5 would be even better.

There will be a recount in MO because of the close race but it has been called for her.

Congratulations, Sec Clinton!
