(155 posts)Bernie supporters should support Bernie all the way to the convention and beyond. Now is not the time to give up the fight. Even if Bernie is not the nominee, his supporters will have a say in the writing of the platform and maybe in the make-up of the DNC. I believe Bernie is more concerned with the issues and the fate of the American middle class than with being President; therefore it is up to us to stay organized, focused on the issues, and put pressure on the Establishment to further Bernie's agenda. So at the end of this primary season, regardless of who eventually receives the nomination, all Democrats, concerned Independents and even disillusioned Republicans have to unite to defeat the threat that the Republican nominees pose to our democracy. The Establishment has to realize that Bernie supporters are, and will continue to be a force to be reckoned with. Now and in the future!
