If anyone thinks this is not happening now then what can I say.
He says absolutely the voting machines can be manipulated and because I believe it is still happening I am trusting the very close results are not that close. Voting in our country is rigged. I truly believe this. It is disgusting. You can't tell unless there is a receipt that you can compare the machines votes to. Even put a flag or bad code can affect tens of thousands of votes...auto or set the flag off and on on tabulators too.
