I got some very nasty messages sent to me via my inbox. One I reported and the person got banned for saying "You aren't even a real Asian"...Urusai baka yaro! I read that crap on Discussionist because someone sent me a link. Nasty crap...racist, homophobic and full of misogyny. I never thought I would read that on a Democratic website.

When Skinner told us there would no longer be bans for five hides, and he was reinstating hidden Hill supporters. Yeah, he didn't say Hillary, but we knew what he meant. In other words, hides have no meaning any more and all constraints are gone. Everyone is free to be as openly insulting to other members as they want because they know it will never hurt them.

Nice move Skinner.

And you thought it was ugly here before.

If anyone thinks this is going to wear off after the primaries are done, you're fooling yourself. There are permanent rifts that will never heal on this board.

I alerted on your tweet or whatever it was. No answer so it was probably already alerted on. I do plan to follow up with Skinner tomorrow. He does not take kindly to children being threatened. I know this as I alerted him in a PM when his children came to play on DU. That said poster was gone the next day, You do not threaten children here. That is low.

Apparently, there are different standards of behavior for his supporters than for hers. I wonder if hers ever track people down and find their posts on different sites and harass their twitter followers and stuff like what I have dealt with. Bernie must be proud.

voters to call. It's beyond absurd that the AP called the state with only TWO PERCENT of the precincts reporting EARLY VOTES, not even today's votes! This is looking more and more like full blown election fraud.

In North Carolina we had long lines and people turned away because of the voter suppression laws passed by the Teabag Republicans who took over our state. The voter suppression is aimed at reducing the Democratic vote, which affected both Hillary and Bernie.

Our enemy is the Republican Party.

But isn't it the case that in the (D) primary, new or somehow unregistered or misregistered voters who want to vote are more likely to be for Mr. Sanders?

And what about where there are fewer ballot stations in certain districts compared to others, or is that not also relevant?

Were there any problems with running out of ballots thus time?

Certainly, when the voter suppression laws were passed in NC years ago - planned to take effect in 2016 - nobody would have guessed that Bernie Sanders would be running.

The plan from the beginning was to suppress the vote of Democrats. Our teabag guv is up for reelection, along with one of our moran Rethug senators.

Say a third of the population is ineligible to vote - that leaves about 4.5 million potential voters - and if only 2/3 of those are registered, that brings it down to about 3 million. Even if everyone registered to vote tried to do so, that's over 1/3 turned away. Pretty impressive voter suppression, if accurate - which I doubt.

In fact, just about the only people who were "turned away" were Independents that didn't even know their own state's election regulations.
