2016 Postmortem

I will preface this by saying that Hillary is not my first choice (but no, I'm not Bernie-or-Bust), and I almost didn't tune in tonight. I'm glad I did. She was a lot more humble than a lot of posts here have made her out to be. I have also found this with Bernie interviews. That is something to think about when advocating for your candidate here.
The buttons thing is hilarious. Jimmy is showing her a bunch of campaign buttons. (Hillary Rod-damn and Hill and Chill were my favorites)
Have a good night DU.

(89,239 posts)"advocates" on the internet. in fact i think the "advocates" usually do the total opposite of that.
kimmel has done some events with the clintons before and both pres and hillary plus chelsea have all been on his show. i think hillary has been on his show a few times before.

I think Bernie reading meat tweets would be a freakin' riot. I love when they do that segment.

(15,682 posts)over the broken promises they believe President Obama made? Only he never made those promises. People just imagined or misunderstood things they really wanted.
Now, Sanders is actually promising things he can't deliver. Imagine the anger when people figure that out? (If he possibly got elected nominee and won the general, that is)?
And the Republicans always accusing Obama of giving away free stuff. What would they do with Sanders?
