(1,342 posts)I am watching it now. I am originally from Portland, Or and am interested in what the people in the line that are being interviewed are saying. EXCEPT, they are interviewing a Cruz supporter now.....and I want that to end.

(22,912 posts)A live event by definition can only take place at one place, hence anyone wanting to attend can only show up at one place to do so, unless Bernie somehow learns how to clone himself. Turn out is a good thing, but on election day people shouldn't all have to show up at only a handful of polling places in order to vote - you can't exactly watch a video of that later if you don't have time to stand on a line, unlike a rally.

Or is this just your way of saying that long lines waiting to vote is just fabulous?
You do know, don't you, that on a given voting day, many more voters participate than those who go to even the largest rallies?
You do know, don't you, that voters go to their local precinct locations to vote, rather than all going to one place at once?
You do know, don't you, that voters in Arizona stood in long lines because the officials in that state closed down a huge percentage of the polling places?
If you do not know these things, then I question your ability to cast a vote at all. Sincerely.
