Serious question.

With reports from AZ & upcoming closed primary states of party affiliation being flipped, who are the ones with access to do that? Since it is happening in multiple states, it can't just be a glitch.

So, who has the capability to do so?

This isn't a Clinton v. Sanders problem, or even a Democrat v GOP problem. This is a problem that hurts all Americans regardless of political affiliation or which candidate they support. People are being disenfranchised, and the media and the parties, for the most part, are treating this as a small, fringe problem... when in fact it is a threat to our nation as a whole.
