I just read this in an article and was wondering if someone could verify and link it. Im on mobile in the car or I would do it myself.

Maricopa County was rigged hugely if this is true and probably could have real legal consequences if nothing else.

There was also a Joe Purcell who was Bill's Lt. Governor.

Helen's Joe died in the 2000's. Bill's Joe died in 1987.

They were two different people who shared the same name (and with spouses that shared the same name).
