7. A bird...

Bernie began talking to the bird and it flew up and sat next to his mic! It just sat there, and Bernie had the most beautiful, peaceful, joyful look on his face for about 30 secs! It then flew away and the crowd and Bernie erupted in cheers for the bird and that moment of beauty. Then Bernie says that the bird symbolized the need for peace and no more wars! The crowd erupts again.

They're smart enough to know Bernie is the wise choice. I suspect the environment would be their #1 issue.

Bernie and the bird just stood there together for a short time. If you haven't seen it, I am sure that there will be many videos made of this

that are supposed to nest on the ground but like our trees and we put out food for the ravens in the snowy winters. Birds are indeed intuitive and aware of what's going on--it IS a sign!!!!

Portlanders many of us have sparrow tattoos but for a bird to be found in the MODA center!? Exciting and rare.
