Is anyone suggesting that solid-blue states don't count in the primary?

I've seen a number of Sanders voters suggesting that winning solid-red states in the primary doesn't count for as much as other states, because those states are not going to vote Democratic regardless of who wins.

If so, then logically, the votes of solid-blue states ought likewise to be discounted, because popularity in those states isn't going to help with the general election any more than in the solid red ones, and we ought solely to be looking at who wins the purple states.

Of the seven states identified by Politico as "swing" a few months ago, Clinton has won five - Ohio, Iowa, Nevada, Virginia, and Florida - and Sanders has won two: Colorado and New Hampshire.

If you look at electoral votes, it's even more one-sided: 72 to 13.

But I have yet to see anyone suggest that winning solid blue states should be discounted the way that winning solid red states should be.

spoken' are in fact saying that the rest of the people have no right to speak. The calls for Bernie to drop out are the same thing. It's rather obvious that some internet crank's comments have no bearing on the weight of any vote cast, so people who have voted have had their votes count, those who have not voted have not. Thus if you say 'It's over because I voted' you are saying I have no right to vote or that my vote does not count as much.

March 21: 9. "The people have spoken they want Hillary. Bernie has lost." "Bernie is toast. He can't win. On to the General."

That thread features the OP posting to himself 'Wow.Thanks for the Links' but no Hillary supporters objecting to the 'your votes don't count' trope, including you.

This is from October: "Bernie Sanders has lost already."

Here is a poll: "Should Bernie drop out after March 15? Meaning the day or two after."

Could do this all day.

I think that all states count, and all voters count.

I think that winning red states in primaries is not as likely to propel a nominee forward in the GE, but logic does not follow that blue states don't matter either. It's the blue states that provide the foundation for the GE.

So no, nobody is suggesting anything that you have suggested in this rather desperate attempt to spin...whatever it is you're spinning.

If you had an answer, why would you ask?

I don't think that post is answering your question, but if you do, then this OP was unnecessary, wasn't it?

States he characterizes as 'Tea Party' elected just 4 Tea Party Republicans. Hillary's Southern States elected 24 Tea Party Republicans. Those States, they are conservative.

This week 2 Southern States have passed anti LGBT laws and Democrats have voted for them. If you eclaim those are not conservative Democrats doing conservative things in Conservative States which elect them then you are saying it is not conservative to be anti gay.
You are what you bleat.
