Just Back From Caucus in Shoreline WA

Our District Caucus voted 18-16 for Bernie which gave 2 Delegates to Bernie to her 1. I made a speech for Bernie pointing out the bad trade policies and her corporate ties. The Shoreline High School was filled to the brim, both the gym and the cafeteria which is very very large. Can't estimate the crowd, but everyone said it was way more than for Obama.

"Most of the Hillary people loved Bernie and his message but because they perceive Hillary as a "politican" she can get things done.
OMG!

Bernie will Win Washington State BIG.

Just love this local reports. Won't find this on CNN anywhere. Truly, you guys are providing locally drilled-down information that is so helpful.

And the positive results for Bernie are great to hear.

Fantastic!!

voters for Hillary because they came late. Sanders won by 2 in our district , the 28th, because of that, or we would have tied.

yes!!

(as far as Hillary being the politician, and able to 'get things done", meh.

Bernie has been 'getting stuff done' for years, but hasn't been on a national/international stage.

Oh well, I will take the good news!

thanks and Bernie on.....

From your description of so many people there, it sounds like a precinct number.

The place was packed.

People were well informed, too. When we selected delegates, a point was made to review the upcoming dates so the delegates were fully aware of their commitment times.

I'm in a nearby neighborhood. The folks supporting Clinton all said they liked Sanders but thought she'd be able to better get things done. One person said they believed that if Sanders is the nominee that the Republicans will bring out an onslaught of 'communist' accusations and he'll lose.

Neither of which I agree with. My precinct went 3-2 for Sanders.
