13. For those who don't know this

The Star Advertiser and the rest could not report on the Twitter feed I waited, for the same reason, until this morning. We media have to wait for the official source. We have had a few times when my local registrar has held reports for hours. Yup, this frustrates us as much as people waiting for us to report.

This is kind of nuts and bolts.

And yes, WTF is a common reaction to those wonderful moments which are very rarely explained. One year it was literally hardware failure.
