("faithless electors)" some states have laws preventing this, but not all of them

the not-legally-bound delegates from Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, New Hampshire, Tennessee, Texas and Utah, as well as the ones from American Samoa, Northern Marianas and the Democrats Abroad.

Overall delegate count, without superdelegates: Hillary Clinton — 1,243 / Bernie Sanders — 975

but I did find the info that some states have passed laws that make it illegal to vote against their constituents

which I did not know and for those who vote against them ...not looked on favorably
