I was flipping though threads in GD-P and came across a post that used this phrase. Something like we are voting for the v-Jay?

Shouldnt this be in the entertainment section? I'm not certain--- but isn't this a person that spins records.

Why would we vote for a person who spins records?

It's a way of saying Clinton supporters are voting for the female.

I'm a strong Bernie supporter, but this series of posts is horrible. I am sorry and will never myself make this reference. I believe gender has very little to do with Clinton's or Sanders' support in spite of the 'white Bernie bros' meme that has come from Clinton surrogates. Supporters of both candidates come in all stripes.

I support Bernie because he supports the issues I care about better than Clinton does. That's all. Gender, race, age, etc. have nothing to do with it.

One may be a highly-educated, thinking woman who has had enough of sexism and believes that a smart, experienced, competent, and liberal woman is exactly what this country needs.

Being unwilling to call women's reproductive parts by their proper names, and instead using childish words to refer to them, is sexist. It's especially disturbing that a doctor (especially one playing a doctor on TV) should feel the need to use nicknames than the scientific names.

Re-read my post. I stand by it. It's standard feminism, and only someone who has never learned anything about feminism could possibly disagree with it.
