Hillary Clinton to Campaign in Syracuse, New York on Friday, April 1, 2016

Syracuse, NY -- On Friday, April 1, Hillary Clinton will hold a roundtable discussion about her plan to support American small business and manufacturing jobs, and a grassroots organizing event in Syracuse, ahead of the April 19th Democratic primary.

Hillary Clinton has a long record of achieving meaningful results for families, workers, and small business owners in central New York communities. As U.S. Senator, she helped launch the Finger Lakes Trading Cooperative, an innovative partnership between eBay and local New York colleges to help small businesses learn how to market online and sell their local goods worldwide and she stood up to China when they tried to disadvantage exports manufactured in New York. Clinton believes manufacturing offers the kind of good-paying jobs that will raise incomes for middle-class Americans, as well as provide a source of long-term growth and innovation.

I figured she would skip campaigning here for fear of getting bad press about having to campaign here, if that makes sense. Glad to see she is showing her adopted home state some love (even though I support Bernie, I am always happy to have candidates campaign in a blue state that is oft-ignored except for fundraising).

Does Bill Clinton still have his office in Harlem? I knew someone who interned there a while ago. For all the criticism I have of Bill, one thing I do give him credit for was his decision after leaving the White House to put his office in Harlem instead of some fancy skyscraper in Midtown.

on the Presidential and down ticket races this cycle. We Democrats are in dire need of every dollar we can get outer hands on. This is a financial war. Ignoring that fact is foolish IMO.
