Video of Hillary Clinton snapping at environmental questioner goes viral across internet

Hillary Clinton lost composure and berated a young activist at a campaign event today in New York.

According to Greenpeace USA, Mrs. Clinton "lost her patience with a Greenpeace activist who thanked her for her commitment to climate change then asked her whether she'll reject fossil fuel money moving forward."

The former Secretary of State pointed her finger inches from the face of the questioner, Eva Resnick-Day, and accused her of being an agent of the Bernie Sanders campaign.

While Senator Sanders has widespread support among the grassroots environmental community, there is no evidence connecting this question with the Sanders campaign. Clinton supporters online struggled to defend their candidate's hostile and defensive reaction to a mildly challenging question from a concerned citizen.

Clinton said she only takes money from fossil fuel employees, not the actual companies. She shouted that the accusations were "lies".

Within hours the video was seen as going viral, receiving thousands of upvotes and likes on social media sites including:

Mrs. Clinton has not yet issued any statement or explanation for the incident.

Clinton urged Bulgarian officials to give fracking another chance. According to Borissov, she agreed to help fly in the "best specialists on these new technologies to present the benefits to the Bulgarian people." But resistance only grew. The following month in neighboring Romania, thousands of people gathered to protest another Chevron fracking project, and Romania's parliament began weighing its own shale gas moratorium. Again Clinton intervened, dispatching her special envoy for energy in Eurasia, Richard Morningstar, to push back against the fracking bans. The State Department's lobbying effort culminated in late May 2012, when Morningstar held a series of meetings on fracking with top Bulgarian and Romanian officials. He also touted the technology in an interview on Bulgarian national radio, saying it could lead to a fivefold drop in the price of natural gas. A few weeks later, Romania's parliament voted down its proposed fracking ban and Bulgaria's eased its moratorium.

Both Clintons’ temper emerge as a theme in several interviews, but Hillary Clinton’s “had much more sustained velocity, for a longer period of time,” according to former White House Chief of Staff Leon Panetta. “She just let everybody have it,” Panetta recalled of one incident.

In another incident, he recalled an aide telling him: “The First Lady just tore everybody a new asshole.”

“She would blow up over something that she misinterpreted. Again, you can’t take her on, that’s not my boss. You can’t take on the First Lady,” Baggert said. “I remember one time in one of these meetings where she was blowing up about [Bill Clinton’s] staff and how we were all incompetent and he was having to be the mechanic and drive the car and do everything, that we weren’t capable of anything.”

Baggert added that Clinton would chew out staffers in front of their colleagues, which made things especially awkward. “Sometimes she’d be in those meetings and I’d think, ‘Please don’t let her yell at me,’” Baggert added.

I was so enraged at her accusations against Bernie, her evil cackle as they escorted the young women out, and her tacky boasts of her vote count vs. Bernie's that I didn't even consider that it could have been planned. But yes the chants were "out of the blue," she wasn't all that surprised and it all went the way she would want it to -- sort of. But she came off extremely unlikable.

If it was planned, it illustrates the gutter nature of her campaign. Bernie would never pull anything like that.

I think it's a net loss for her.

But I don't think a Snickers bar can fix what's wrong with her.

I doubt I ever even talked to my boys that way when they did something wrong. That is no way to behave towards anyone. And people want her to lead our country?

Mrs. Clinton, I understand why you might have loads of anger towards many people and groups, especially maybe Bernie but you are not fit. What in the world will she do if she has to go under questioning about her servers and we want to know why exactly? Will she tell us she is sick of us wanting to know what is going on?

I used to just not trust her and feel she was veering too far to the right.

The change in how I feel comes from watching how she's reacting to people and events while in the spotlight now as well as how she and those around her are treating Bernie and blaming him for her own problems.

Bonus points for Bill's illegal behavior at polling places on her behalf.

PHOTOS: Greenpeace Uses Seattle Skyline to Send Message to Clinton

by Cassady Sharp

March 28, 2016

We flew our thermal airship over a Clinton campaign event in Seattle asking Hillary to say no to fossil fuel money.

Greenpeace flew its thermal airship last week in Seattle before the Washington State Democratic caucus with a message urging Secretary Clinton to “Say No To Fossil Fuel Money.” Joined by more than 20 partners, Greenpeace has been campaigning for Secretary Clinton to drop her fossil fuel connections since January.

Greenpeace also flew its thermal airship with the message to Secretary Clinton last month in Las Vegas during the Democratic Nevada caucus. Volunteers have also brought the demand for Clinton to reject fossil fuel money to more than 10 fundraisers, debates and rallies across the country. Secretary Clinton responded to Greenpeace’s request last month committing to initiate a process that would reverse the effect of the Citizens United decision and restore the full protections of the Voting Rights Act. However, the statement did not include a commitment to reject fossil fuel money.

According to data compiled by Greenpeace’s research department, Secretary Clinton’s campaign and the Super PAC supporting her have received more than $4.5 million from the fossil fuel industry during the 2016 election cycle. While Greenpeace does not officially endorse any political candidate or party, we’re determined to show each candidate that our membership is looking for meaningful climate action and environmental justice in their platforms and policies.

Late last year I decided to see if I could deduct my medical expenses for 2015 and thought it might be more doable if I had a few big charitable contributions to itemize, so had to pick some charities, and one of the biggest donations went to Greenpeace -- b/c they boldly, courageously look out for our planet. It was large enough that I sort of gulp every time I think of it.

But I had no idea they'd be harassing ol' Hill to boot! Just makes the whole thing nicer, somehow.

All his campaign he has been easy as hell on her. The whole thing was a setup that they planned so Hillary could have something to point at and say See he is the devil vote for me. Trumps ex-campaign manger had a interview about how she was just a PR person and they just started to get Trumps name out, but when he started resonating with idiots she got replaced by someone who could actually run a campaign.

Well that is my theory.
