Why do Clinton supporters think that the gender card is a winning one?

This morning the team has decided that instead of confronting the conflicts of interest that the protestors were illustrating with dollar bills, they are gonna run with the default setting in their playbook; Misogyny! Sexists! BernieBros!

Clinging to this playbook is especially odd, (and no doubt frustrating to team Clinton) since Sanders supporters are at least as, and perhaps even more likely to be women.

To the hammer, all problems look like nails, I guess.

In addition to the stretching and logical contortions; "Last week someone called congresspeople 'corporate whores' and now today they're tossing money... how can I fit these into my narrative?"

It's not even a very good way to distract the public from the fact that she still hasn't released her transcripts.

This isn't a strategy for getting your candidate elected, it's an excuse for why she lost.

Apparently their latest meme is that if you supported Obama in 2008, but won't support Hillary in 2016, you must be a misogynist because they both accepted the help of large donors (as if Hillary was Obama's otherwise equal).

I supported her, but have since done my due diligence - and looked stuff up.
All about the issues now. ALL about the issues.

I KNEW then as I KNOW now that Hillary won't.

But, I think Bernie will - or at least try.

against Trump or Cruz.

The core of the Hillary campaign is simple: first woman elected President.

That is all. No single payer, no climate change plan, no nothing else. When Hillary says every 5 minutes that she is going to "break down barriers" she isn't talking about the barrier around her Goldman speeches or the barrier and white noise machine around her mega donors in Denver. She is talking about being the first woman President.

When they settled on that stupid red arrow logo and slogan -- they no doubt knew the phrase was meant as an appeal to women, encouraging them to see Hillary's victory as their own, "I'm With Her."

You're with her? Not if she is headed into a private donor function behind closed doors with unreleasable transcripts. You go in there and you're a "trespasser."

How many times does Clinton use "I" or "we" in an average speech?

She doubtless reserves "we" for when she's speaking to Goldman Sachs.

They really don't appear to be concerned about winning the general election or even the primary contest (although they seem to think that is a given). Instead, for months now the focus has been to portray Sanders and his supporters as bad people, as illegitimate, as outsiders.

Most Democrats agree with Bernie on the issues. Now more are seeing he could win so they have had to drop the electability angle somewhat. So, we are seeing less I agree with Bernie but Hillary is more electable.

People will start assuming all women's issues is just BS spewed by politicians to get votes and the current anti-women backlash will get worse.
