So you can hold onto the dream/delusion of Bernie Sanders being the nominee...
Sad, pathetic, and many other not good things.

If they had listed bad ear worm as the reason, it might have succeeded! hahaha

1.an idiosyncratic belief or impression that is firmly maintained despite being contradicted by what is generally accepted as reality or rational argument, typically a symptom of mental disorder:
there are rational arguments in favor of an indictment...in fact, after the State Dept IG report. some may conclude that it's a given.

Just partisan Hillary hate.

(18,115 posts)I sincerely hope that Hillary is not so self centered that she would fuck the party and the county in blind pursuit of self advancement. I truly hope there is no indictment for her or any of her staff.

I won't attempt to speak for others, but as to myself, I find it shameful that someone under a serious investigation would be nominated.

(110,159 posts)a lot of Sanders supporter say this, and I really appreciated hearing it. This I can respect. So, thank you for saying it again, so we know, this is not consistent with all Sanders supporters. It is showing an unfavorable light and I wouldn't want that albatross either.

You don't?

(35,015 posts)As evidenced, Hillary can't give a straight answer about her email server problems. Every time she opens her mouth, it's another lie. It's horrifying to me that, after having so many advantages and a vast support infrastructure for this primary, she is limping along, a victim of herself.
Sad, pathetic, and many other not good things.

(11,605 posts)Yes, I would much rather have Bernie as our candidate than Hillary, and I think in a lot of ways he is a stronger candidate. But with an open Supreme Court seat at stake and a Republican nominee who scares the crap out of me, I certainly am not hoping that Hillary is indicted. An indictment would throw the party into chaos and significantly increase the likelihood of Trump becoming president, especially if it happens after the convention.
Of course, if she is going to be indicted, which I think is unlikely, I certainly hope it happens sooner rather than later.
Based on my own limited experience with how outdated the federal government's technology policies are, I don't think she did anything that terrible, and I am kind of sympathetic. But she really needs to do a better job of handling it and putting it behind her. I am concerned that her handling of it thus far has only solidified the narrative that she is untrustworthy. The reason some Bernie voters say they would vote for Trump, as strange as that seems to us, is probably because a lot of voters are less issue-based and care more about having a president who is honest, and fairly or not, Hillary gets lower marks on that than either Bernie or Trump from the majority of voters.
