If this is Hillary's attorney telling the FBI she's not going to interview then she's basically quitting her campaign now and choosing to turtle up in legal defense about what is going to happen as a result of charges coming from the FBI.

She needs to acknowledge, sooner than later, that Bernie will be the nominee.

Taped? Non-taped? Valid in court or not? With a lawyer at her side or without? What would happen to records of that "interview"? Is there an FBI-investigation or not? Would it be possible to plead the 5th? What are the legal protections for the client?
