I have had to watch this nation go downhill my entire adult life.

I had to shut off the tv so that the media wouldn't teach my toddlers about blow jobs during the first Clinton presidency.

I do not want to waste another four years talking about Clinton scandals when the economy is so screwed up for my kid's generation.

I do not want to watch the nation's wealth be wasted mindless killing other people in wars of choice.

If he cannot win a primary nomination from the left and tearing the party apart for a year, there is no way he could have won the GE. His policies would have been rejected only more so across the voters at large. The only way forward is to support the Democrats fully to gain more seats in Congress and the Senate. Bernie made a good go of it. But his political strategy is weak by design.

As for the tiny student enrollment...I'd initially read about that here in DU, and didn't bother to confirm...but it was little more, 240 students
