I think it's mainly for maximum coverage Tuesday night. It would be anticlimactic to clinch now.

I do like her campaign this time around. Solid, smart and Sanders has allowed her to get sharper, more focused, in shape, rearing to kick more ass.

Hillary wants to become the Presumptive Nominee thru the voters and not with SDs.
So she's waiting for Tuesday.
And she's also being diplomatic with Sansers. Not rubbing his nose in it.
