To those that say "we should give bernie nothing!"

Yes, primaries are ugly. History did nto erase a lot of the ugly and yes RACIST statements made in 2008 campaign. Yes, many voters who were targeted by those in 2008 stood up for Clinton in 2016, but that does not mean they were forgotten. People just agreed to give and take;people did not have to be friends, or even pretend they liked each other, they just did was was needed to shut the GOP down.

Yes,primaries are ugly. If Obama wanted to, he could have EASILY found another Secretary of State. He could have started with Kerry, or gotten another lady to be Secretary of State (and there are many who could have done that job well, Gillibrand for starters.) But he chose tor each out to Hillary.

The last thing you need to do before the elections is act like you do not need people. EVERYONE counts.

one of the Hillary Camp arguments has been that Hillary understands the reality of politics, including the need for compromise and diversity in views; Bernie supporters, on the other hand, do not, arguing instead for orthodoxy, purity, and inflexibility. I think Team Hillary right about this, even though I'm a Bernie supporter (for policy reasons). Reaching across the divide in victory is not only the smart (and classy) thing to do; it's also what Hillary has been saying her own type of politics is all about.

Bernie is one through his years In congress that has compromised and know how to work without toally betreying.Clinton will sell
out any progressive ideas.she will be worse than obama.and remember all the things we are still paying for that Bill Clinton
signed into law passed by GOP congress.she will do same if she gets past trump.

what your talking about is sell out progressive ideas for what the GOP wants.they and clintons are all corporists.

reality check the gop will control house in 2017 nomatter what.who knows about senate with the ailenating bernie supporters and clinton's high negatives.clintons never help dems win.

with bernie we would have had better people appointed to leadership postions not just corporists.and GOP would be forced to neograte with bernie.instead clinton will give away store to GOP if she wins.

of parallel lanes. We mostly disagree on which to take to get us where we want to go faster and better.

It's the radical bernistas who so vehemently and destructively deny that we all really have pretty much the same goals. But they have to be themselves. Psychologists say it is characteristic of extremists to regard all who don't agree with them completely about everything as the enemy. As Barney Frank said about Sanders, in his mind there is no such thing as honest disagreement.
