Albuquerque Journal Editorial: Clinton the better choice in Democratic primary

It’s no secret that huge numbers of voters nationwide are unhappy with the choices Americans now have for president. For good reason.

Both Democrat Hillary Clinton and Republican Donald Trump have high negatives, and Clinton is viewed as even more untrustworthy than Trump. That’s saying something given some of his over-the-top pronouncements, but then again she has been caught in lie after lie for years – topped off with a devastating report by the State Department’s own inspector general last week on her use of a private email server in violation of the rules.

...snip...

But Clinton isn’t running against Trump yet. New Mexico voters will decide between her and independent/socialist-turned-Democrat Bernie Sanders on Tuesday. Trump has clinched the GOP nomination so there is no endorsement on the GOP side. He would have been at the bottom of the list.

In contrast to Clinton’s shortcomings, Sanders advocates a set of policies that would in effect set the U.S. on a path to mimic Venezuela. He has mesmerized many young people and the far left, as many candidates in history have, but in reality his lone bright spot is that Washington gridlock would thankfully keep him from pushing through his agenda should he be in the White House. He also chaired the Senate committee on Veterans Affairs, and we all know how effective the VA has been.

Now he is the destroyer when in reality Hillary is the hawk and the one who has to evolve to understand that gay people can love and be married! Yes look at the VA and how all those eager to support war and not eager to fund the care of this destroyed by war!

I will be happy when this election is over and people become sane again. And will take no joy in saying I told you so when Hillary is President and you are all unhappy!

You can see my numerous posts about all the wonderful things he has done as well. This is america we have the right and the responsibility to voice our concerns!!

15 years of ongoing wars and being g searched at airports is enough! Seriously you enjoy war. Well you will get that with Hillary!
