She went over the top (in both pledged and super delegates) earlier in the evening but it's nice to see her voters didn't just stay home content with the news she had clinched.

Still wish the AP "announcement" would not have happened when it did.

It was so unnecessary. Why they didn't wait for one freeking day is something they'll have to answer for.

Don't get why the Sanders camp were so optimistic about his chances in California.

We've seen his poor performances in large diverse states with primaries (no vote suppressing caucuses) play out, without much variance, throughout the primary season.

And this was an open primary where independents and repugs could vote and skew the results.

Was ahead by only 1 or 2 percentage points

I live here, and I pretty much knew Hillary would have a comfortable win. Not an 18 percentage point win but a very solid 7 to maybe 10 percentage point win. She KILLED with absentee ballots, and almost everybody I know (Yours truly) votes by absentee ballot. I live in a very diverse part of LA County and never saw many Bernie signs or bumper stickers--mostly Hillary and Kamala Harris signs and bumper stickers. Not that yard signs mean a darn thing, but I'm just saying

I'm so proud that most of my fellow Californians were not fooled by empty promises. Congrats Hillary and all those who worked so hard for her here!
