Correction: Tim Kaine is ANTI-CHOICE (but still votes the sane way)

Last edited Fri Jun 24, 2016, 11:48 AM - Edit history (1)

Might I politely remind that this is the DEMOCRATIC underground and a pro-choice position is part of our platform?

*I* am Pro-life. *I* am Pro-choice.

Time Kaine is anti-choice.

It's a big fucking distinction.

on edit: Tim Kaine still votes for sanity, and has a great NARAL rating.

He has always voted to support a woman's right to choose. He is against abortion, but feels the government has no right to interfere with women's health decisions. His viewpoint is identical to Joe Bidens.

Bad bad wally choice. Hope this is not Hillary's choice. I am already concerned based on her statement she is willing to negotiate with the republicans on this issue!

and families have the right to choose. He's against abortion and doesn't understand that there is no such thing as a "partial birth abortion" since it's a term that the anti-choicers made up.

When someone supports choice, and has personal views on abortion, it's a pretty big distinction too and it's unfair and incorrect to call them anti-choice.

11. He's personally opposed to it, but like Joe Biden doesn't believe the government should outlaw it.
