is that any of the Supreme Court judges voted to uphold the restrictions, given the facts in your post. The votes of the dissenters show that they're making decisions not based on facts, logic and precedent but based on ideology.

...that judges claiming to uphold the constitution would be so hostile to these basic rights for decades and remain a threat today.
Judges upholding restrictions are little more than an extension of the good-ole-patriarchs club in the Senate, using their propaganda and faux-theology as arguments.
