It would appear that Clinton has won the California primary
As of the latest updates:
Clinton - 2,685,515 Sanders - 2,281,273 Unprocessed ballots - 367,556 While we don't know the final spread yet, it is now mathematically impossible for Sanders to win.

1. so much for the talking point that SF and LA had turned. Now back to the other talking point, how
every primary Hillary won was fraudulent

4. SF and LA counties did turn...it just was't enough to overcome HRC's overall lead.
And this whole thread is about "refighting the primaries".

5. No...
Hillary is still firmly winning both counties.

9. Nope
Clinton leads in LA county by 142,132 votes, with only 62,110 ballots remaining to be counted.
Clinton leads in SF county by 16,765 votes, with all ballots counted. How can it be "refighting the primaries" when it is just a report on the ongoing vote tally? |

10. You are correct on both points. However, on the first point I was specifically alluding to a
video that was posted a few days ago, which indicated something that actually hadn't occurred.
To your second point, no question about it, the sparing, and "reliving the primaries", is still occurring. |

2. So it appears. Much of the remaining uncounted
votes are in Los Angeles County and will probably reflect Hillary's win in that county already.
Finally, the primaries are truly over. The percentages changed very little, really. |

It took this long to count the votes? And they are not done yet? WTF?

8. Many of the ballots counted over the last week have been ones that have to be counted by hand,
and they've been counting over 100,000 of them per day.
What do you want them to do, wave a magic wand? |

15. Exactly, and there is a process by which they are opened and recorded. As I recall there are
observers from each major party as well.

19. Hand counted. They have to check signatures & make sure they didn't vote elsewhere.
You'd be surprised by how many people submit absentee ballots and also vote on election day.

20. For every vote flipped, Bernie gains 1 and Hillary loses 1. She
doesn't stay at the same number regardless, so there's that. Not that it matters one way or the other, but your math isn't truly accurate.

21. There are still 240K ballots still to be countedin CA
The OP is talking about additional votes for Sanders or Clinton (or Johnson or Kasich or Stein or whomever), not about flipping already counted votes. These are mainly provisional ballots and mail-in ballots, which require individual inspection.
Actually, per the Secretary of State's website a lot of those may already have been processed but certain counties (yeah, I'm looking at you, Humboldt) haven't updated their results in some time. The election isn't expected to be certified until mid-July. Why keep counting when the Democratic and Republican slates already have a clear winner? Well, as of today, the top two candidates on the American Independent slate are separated by about 800 votes. Then there are all the other races on the June ballot. And California makes a point of counting all the valid votes. |

23. No votes are being flipped. The counting has continued, and both Clinton and Sanders have
increased their totals; however, there are too few ballots left to be counted for Sanders to overtake Clinton and win California. There was nothing wrong with my math.
What's more, the remaining ballots are not just for the Democratic primary, but also the Republican, and state races, so not only could Sanders not win if he got every single remaining vote, but he can't even get every single remaining vote. |
