It would appear that Clinton has won the California primary

As of the latest updates:

Clinton - 2,685,515
Sanders - 2,281,273

Unprocessed ballots - 367,556

While we don't know the final spread yet, it is now mathematically impossible for Sanders to win.

Clinton leads in LA county by 142,132 votes, with only 62,110 ballots remaining to be counted.

Clinton leads in SF county by 16,765 votes, with all ballots counted.

How can it be "refighting the primaries" when it is just a report on the ongoing vote tally?

To your second point, no question about it, the sparing, and "reliving the primaries", is still occurring.

Finally, the primaries are truly over. The percentages changed very little, really.

The OP is talking about additional votes for Sanders or Clinton (or Johnson or Kasich or Stein or whomever), not about flipping already counted votes. These are mainly provisional ballots and mail-in ballots, which require individual inspection.

Actually, per the Secretary of State's website a lot of those may already have been processed but certain counties (yeah, I'm looking at you, Humboldt) haven't updated their results in some time. The election isn't expected to be certified until mid-July.

Why keep counting when the Democratic and Republican slates already have a clear winner? Well, as of today, the top two candidates on the American Independent slate are separated by about 800 votes. Then there are all the other races on the June ballot. And California makes a point of counting all the valid votes.

increased their totals; however, there are too few ballots left to be counted for Sanders to overtake Clinton and win California. There was nothing wrong with my math.

What's more, the remaining ballots are not just for the Democratic primary, but also the Republican, and state races, so not only could Sanders not win if he got every single remaining vote, but he can't even get every single remaining vote.
