First term only.
I say: Scalia, Ginsberg, Breyer
Second Term: Kennedy, Thomas

1. Thomas hinted at retirement. I could see him retiring.

It's clear, though, the next president has the chance to change the court like no other president since Roosevelt.

This is why I can't understand any person with progressive values not voting for Hillary...the courts are so important.

Ginsburg should if Dems take the WH and Senate, she really should have retired in 2009
