Records kept with the Federal Aviation Administration show the aircraft’s registration lapsed on Jan. 31. Laura J. Brown, a spokeswoman for the Federal Aviation Administration, confirmed that the plane’s registration was not in good standing and said the owner had not renewed it.

Donald Trump Slapped With Fine for Pollution From His Private Jet

Trump faces fines of €2,152 ($2,339) for a flight to the UK in a plane owned by a firm called DJT Operations I LLC, part of the Trump Organization.

The UK's Environment Agency, which is charged with enforcing the European Union’s Emissions Trading System (ETS), published an updated list of those facing fines on Tuesday. The agency issued the fines to 25 operators, totaling more than £750,000 (about $1.1 million), because they failed to purchase carbon permits to cover their emissions, The Guardian said.

Brokerage yet to win significant outside "third-party" listings in NYC

UPDATE: June 6, 5:10 p.m.: Standing in the marble lobby of Trump Tower in October 2012, Donald Trump launched his new brokerage with characteristic bombast.

“I don’t think with the people we’ve assembled that anyone can compete with what we’re doing,” he said of Trump International Realty. The firm was to work on luxury sales and listings all over the city, and with the Trump pedigree, a long track record of condominium development, a rising property market, and a head start with the Trump Organization’s own buildings, its prospects appeared rosy. “Everyone involved is going to make money,” he said.

But nearly four years later, the highest-profile New York City real estate venture that Trump has launched without outside partners is, by three measurable metrics — listings, professional retention and expansion — struggling in his hometown. The brokerage’s storyline runs counter to the narrative that Trump, as he prepares to become the Republican Party’s presidential nominee, likes to project: A lifetime of unqualified success in business and real estate.

Since it began, Trump International Realty’s top management has turned over almost every year and just three agents from an original team of at least 15 remain. Even as the firm grew nationally — it has at least 40 agents in seven offices, according to a Trump spokesperson — its New York office has shrunk to just seven agents. And locally at least, the firm’s goal of doing business outside Trump’s properties also remains unfulfilled.

Donald Trump: The Least Charitable Billionaire In The World

A TSG review of the group’s Internal Revenue Service returns dating back to 1990 reveals that Trump, the foundation’s president, may be the least charitable billionaire in the United States.

How miserly is The Donald?

From 1990 through 2009, Trump has personally donated a total of just $3.7 million to his foundation, which was incorporated in 1987. In fact, the billionaire is not even the largest contributor to his own charitable organization.

Tax returns show that World Wrestling Entertainment has given Trump’s foundation a total of $5 million in return for the developer’s assistance in working a couple of televised angles along with WWE boss Vince McMahon. The WWE gave Trump’s foundation $4 million in 2007 for his help in promoting that year’s WrestleMania festivities, and another $1 million in 2009, when Trump (pictured below with McMahon) pretended to purchase part of the WWE empire.

For Years, Trump's Charity Gave Veterans Little More Than Peanuts
Now he wants to use them as political props.

Donald Trump says he's skipping the final debate before the Iowa caucuses on Thursday night because he's upset with Fox News and debate moderator Megyn Kelly. Trump will instead hold a "special event to benefit veterans organizations" in Iowa, according to a campaign press release. But the event could come off as a cheap political stunt exploiting veterans, especially because the Donald J Trump Foundation has been far from generous to veterans organizations over the years.

As Emily Canal of Forbes reported in October: "The Donald J. Trump Foundation has donated $5.5 million to 298 charities between 2009 and 2013 (the most recent year available), according to the non-profit's 990 tax forms from those years. Of that, only $57,000 has been donated to seven organizations that directly benefit military veterans or their families, Forbes found. Wounded Warriors was not among the organizations Trump's foundation gave to in that time period."

Some veterans say that the billionaire has been AWOL when it comes to helping veterans. "Donald Trump is not a leader in veterans' philanthropy, unless he's donated a lot of money that nobody knows about," Paul Rieckhoff, founder of Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America, told the New York Times in July. "We were founded in New York. We are headquartered in New York. I've been here 10 years, and I don't think I've ever even seen Donald Trump."

Rieckhoff, an Iraq war veteran, wrote on Twitter on Tuesday: "If offered, @IAVA will decline donations from Trump's event. We need strong policies from candidates, not to be used for political stunts."
