I think my favorite part of the whole thing was the two times he tried to bait Hillary with the use of the work bigly. He used it, shot her a glance, and she just smiled. Then he tried again, and she didn't bite, and he got flustered. Not sure how he was thinking about using it, but it definitely was used. Bigly.

(28,394 posts)But...I liked when she defended President Obama and called him a man of great dignity, when referring to the hurtful effects of the birther issue. I thought that showed her empathy and his total lack of any.

(11,631 posts)After he ranted off topic for two minutes in completely nonlinear fashion, I believe it was in relation to questions about his taxes but not 100% certain. Then they turned to her and she gets this big smile on her face and says what everyone was already thinking, "WOW OK!" Sort of like, do I really need to add anything right now or can I just let him implode on his own.

(1,752 posts)taking some snorts of white powder on a mirror in between while Hillary was talking. If he had a cold I dont think people typically snort every two seconds and besides - part of his prep for the debate could have been taking some of his supposedly immense wealth and spending it on a dose of Interferon, the only drug capable of curing the common cold. It just seemed weird and all the clips this a.m. have him snorting away like a walrus.

"So what they're doing is they're leaving our country and theyre, believe it or not, leaving because taxes are too high and because some of them have lots of money outside of our country and instead of bringing it back and putting the money to work because they can't work out a deal to -- and everybody agrees it should be brought back but instead of that, theyre leaving our country to get their money because they can't bring their money back into our country because of bureaucratic red tape, because they can't get together because we have a president that can't sit them around a table and get them to approve something."
That might be the greatest single "sentence" ever spoken in any speech ever. All those becauses just rolling off the tongue. 100 years from now, school children will be required to memorize it.

(8,998 posts)He does these raving lunatic outbursts constantly.
A gibbering idiot.
His supporters probably assume he's too smart for them to understand his brilliant ideas.

(23,975 posts)...he had traveled to 112 countries, negotiated complicated issues and testified before congress for 11 hours, then he could talk to her about stamina.
Damn right. he couldn't even hold up for a 90 minute one-on-one debate. Wuss.

The #TrumpWon hashtag just shows again that this election is basically a referendum on reality. We're voting on whether gravity exists.

(3,569 posts)"I'll go one step further. In Palm Beach, Florida, tough community, a brilliant community, a wealthy community, probably the wealthiest community there is in the world, I opened a club, and really got great credit for it. No discrimination against African- Americans, against Muslims, against anybody. And it's a tremendously successful club. And I'm so glad I did it. And I have been given great credit for what I did. And I'm very, very proud of it. And that's the way I feel. That is the true way I feel."
Of course the Govt was the one saying he couldn't discriminate.
