They are discussed and written up the evening before. An alarm clock is set and a campaign worker is awakened. He/she has Trump's phone and these pre-writtened tweets go out under Trump's name. Remember the 3am ad from a previous election. Timed perfect to coincide with that. The MSM picks up on these tweets and that is all that they talk about - but it gets another news cycle where all the is talked about is Trump and not any of the issues. What do they say about negative publicity? Something like even that is effective.

Well either that is what's going on or truly Trump is a sick, sick, dispicable individual.
