I was just polled on my cellphone by Donald Trump for President!

They asked me if the election were held today, would I vote Trump or Clinton.

Once I said "Clinton" the woman said, "Thank you for sharing your opinion and have a great day."

I've only been polled once in my 36 years: in 2009, in a presidential job approval poll.

The pollster was a lovely young African-American lady, and we ended up talking about the Tea Party and its roots in the crypto-nazi John Birch Society (which the media rarely mentioned at the time, you might recall).

We had a great 15 minutes; but I've never been polled since (coincidence?).

I've gotten a number of automated polls on my landline that I don't put much stock in either way.

But, this was a live person, at least claiming to be from "Trump for Pres" and on my cellphone!

I wonder what kind of numbers they are getting????

Inquiring minds want to know!

It's common knowledge that, assurances (even the law) to the contrary, divulging your cell number to most retailers will lead to its being shared - sold, actually - to many other retailers.

Would that someone could look into as to whether or not those "other retailers" include the Trump campaign or some dark money group operating on its behalf.

Might lead to them being overconfident and deploying fewer resources.

I mean, to even do it jokingly....I don't know.

The guy is just so loathsome.
