How does a bill become a law? (Vote for questions at the town hall debate)

Apparently ABC and CNN are collecting questions on line and allowing votes for those questions. They will "consider" the top 30. I urge all DUers to vote for "How does a bill become a law?" I've rolling on the floor at the prospect of Trump trying to answer that.

Trump: "Well, Bill Clinton blah blah blah ..."

If it were Gary Johnson, he'd say "Bill who?"
