17. IANAL, but last time I checked, nondisclosure agreements

signed as a condition of employment aren't really enforceable. Most likely, the employees were coerced, so there really wasn't an agreement.

I'd like an attorney DUer to confirm or refute my assertions.

20. NDAs are generally enforceable, as are arbitration clauses.

Lots of times employees are given access to very sensitive information that companies can't allow to be blabbed.

In this case, so long as they remain anonymous, there's not much Trump can do to reach them.

If you're some former Apprentice contestant who's now working in pharmaceutical sales or middle management, you probably can't afford an adequate defense lawyer and you certainly can't afford to pay a cash bond if you get a bad verdict.
