Even if HRC was guilty of all the crazy shit she's been accused of, we would still vote for her.

We see Trump differently than they do, and we see Clinton differently than they do. Our Trump is not their Trump and our Clinton is not their Clinton.

Not even in the same ball park. At worst Hillary is just a normal politician. Trump is undoubtedly a crook, a racist, a sexist, and a liar.

I imagine almost all DUers who aren't RW trolls see him that way, but that's not how Trump's supporters see him. Your depiction of Trump is how many on the right view Clinton and Democrats in general.

It's more than how they are viewed. There is in fact objective reality. Trump is objectively the most extreme ideologue to ever seek the office of the presidency.

is sorely lacking, but I perceive Trump's rhetoric as the most extreme I have witnessed in my lifetime from a major party in the US.

I hesitate to use the word "objective," since I am using a subjective set of values to form my opinion. I lack the scientific knowledge to objectively measure rhetoric, and I suspect the task cannot be done.
