What Bill Clinton really said about Obama Care. The whole video here.

we gotta figure out what to do on health care
our opponent says just repeal it all, the market will take care of it

that didn’t work very well out for us did it
we winded up with the most expensive system in the world, and we
insured the smallest number of people

on the other hand, the CURRENT SYSTEM WORKS FINE WHEN IF YOUR
ELIGABLE FOR MEDICAID, IF YOU ARE LOWER INCOME WORKING PERSON,
IF YOUR ALLREADY ON MEDICARE, OR IF YOU GET ENOUGHT SUBSIDIES ON A MODEST
INCOME THAT YOU CAN AFFORD YOUR HEALTH CARE.

BUT THE PEOPLE WHO IS GETTING KILLED IN THIS DEAL, ARE SMALL BUSINESS PEOPLE,

AND INDIVIDULAS WHO MAKE JUST A BIT TO MUCH TO MAKE ANY OF THESE SUBSEDIES.

WHY....(AND HE EXPLAINS...)

Clinton is campaigning for his wife, not a third term for Obama.

It won't be Obama fighting for expansion of Medicare, Medicaid and single payer programs - that's for sure.

who are above the line, forgetting these subsidies, have access to affordable entry to the Medicare and Medicaid programs, they will all be covered, it will not hurt the program and we will not lose a lot a Money and we ought to do it
( and the crowd are cheering )

Which is why the White House was somewhat pissed.

Not a one off, more of a pattern.

the worst 8 years... of obstructionism.

However, he definitely stated Obamacare's flaws.

than we have now. My wife and I receive subsidies and they have and will increase substantially next year with higher deductibles and way less choice for doctors, hospitals and covered conditions. This is crazy.

I would have chewed him up going rogue like this. She doesn't need this kind of help.

To pay for the coverage in the current Obama care setup?

Hillary’s aim is to work with the republicans to build upon what is working and do something with the things that does not. Bills line of argument will actually help her doing that.

what he obviously meant to say but hashed it up verbally. He wasn't indicting ObamaCare. He was talking about adding a public option to close the donut hole.
