All I hear in Florida is that Trump is a joke.

And I hear the same from friends from many states (Indiana, Alabama, Michigan) who are conservatives. They basically will only vote for local nominees.

Im thinking that this might be how it goes, or they will just stay home.

who thinks he's handsome and will vote for him. No one else mentions him favorably, although I'm sure some of them will vote for him. I see a lot of Trump signs on old pickups... normally the same ones that have confederate flag bumper stickers. I'm in Florida too. Some of my Indiana friends love Trump and some hate him. There doesn't seem to be much middle of the road.

I do see a pattern, though. The friends who hated President Obama, who thought he wasn't born here, who thought he wasn't good enough to be president, who thought he was Muslim and hated America... those are the same ones who are the Trump supporters now. I don't think it's the economy as the media keeps telling us, I think it's all wrapped up in their rage over having a black president.

How dare a black man be more successful than he.

Especially since he has been taught to believe that he is superior.
