Who picks the attendees at town hall debate

Who picks the attendees? Donny Deutch just said on MOJO that nobody is going to stand up and say 'Hi, I'm Miss Email." But, there may be folks who have worked for Cheeto and been stiffed that rise to introduce themselves and ask a question. Or just strangers standing up and challenging him on his "platform".

The Debate Commission hires a reputable polling company to identify undecided voters in the community where the Debate will be held. Neither side will get to "plant" people to ask questions.
