(115,677 posts)women might stand this way. Why should women have to cover their crotches with their hands to be "modest"? Why did I see the point immediately before reading the words on that graphic? Does it have something to do with my being female and needing to be protective of my bits? Might it have something to do with my experiences?
It was an interesting conversation.

(32,640 posts)They are clutching their purses or hands, not standing with their hands in their pockets, confident. There are no pockets in those tight dresses.

(5,611 posts)posters on here (and on other sites) noting that Ivanka (and even Baron/Barron I believe) tended to shrink back and/or adopt self-protective stances when DT would start mauling them. The poor ladies in Trumpland need something like female codpieces, codpieces that would come to life and bite Trump's hands as he attempted to grope their lady parts.
For any of you who watched the outstanding historical drama on Cinemax, The Knick (about the Knickerbocker Hospital circa 1900), which was unfortunately put on hiatus as it wasn't getting enough viewers despite its excellence, you'll remember the character of Cornelia and her uber creepy father-in-law. Trump reminds me of that guy -- an arrogant ass who felt entitled to harass his son's wife because of his money, and so full of insecurity that he was compelled to push himself on women that he should have left alone.
