NC supreme court is the place to go in NC. Here redistricting is by the General Assembly only but the supreme court can force lines to be redrawn

28. We have auto donations for both the DCCC and DSCC.

They decide who to invest our 2 cents in. Given the problems we're guaranteed to face in 2018, we've already decided to just leave the donations active after this election.
