One of his biographers suspected even losing the presidency might not hurt particularly because he would be the center of a great deal of attention. Also, some polls show what's interpreted as a "bump" for him from the last one, which he can interpret as great admiration.

If he became president, he would continue to do increasingly outrageous things to get headlines.

There is no moral compass stopping him from anything.

there would be serious problems with other nations, Congress, states crossing and sending him into rages. No moral compass, no decency, no ideology, no principles, no self discipline, no conscience.

The polls are incredibly volatile, Vladimir Putin is trying to help get Trump elected, and millions of Americans think we're in end times and Hillary and Putin are serving Satan.

As you say, I'll be glad when it's over. Please, please, please let Americans give the Democrates both houses of Congress and a mandate to accelerate the restoration of prosperity and stability.

When you are getting thrashed by 8 or 9 points nationally and losing every swing state by ever larger margins something like a debate is the only chance you have to change the momentum. Of course that assumes you aren't a complete dumbass with no concept of policy and too arrogant to even try to learn.
