2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumThere's a first time for everything. Today, for the first time, I voted for a woman for president
And no, it wasn't Jill Stein.
I felt very proud, not only to be able to make that choice, but to be able to have as my choice such an eminently qualified and experienced candidate.
My Arizona vote-by-mail ballot has already been dropped off at the post office, and I'm wearing my "I voted early in Pima county" sticker today.
Yay!

(2,933 posts)and my ballot arrived a few days ago. I would have sent it in already, but there are down ballot races (and that long list of judges) that I still have to research. Looking forward to voting for Madam President!

(175,731 posts)My ballot isn't quite finished as I didn't fill out the judicial retention ballot yet. Must research endorsements first and there are probably 40 or 50 names.
