When Senate is in the hands of Democrats, they

need to end the non-speaking filibuster. No more needing 60 votes for cloture, if only on judges.

It technically still applies to Supreme Court nominees, but truly only exists until someone tries to use it.

It would really only be useful to consider broader filibuster reform if we also take the House.
