It's interesting that Trump support is strongest along the same fault lines as a Google search heat map for racial slurs and jokes. The fear is that MAGA is code for a return to 1950s mentality, where white society was safely at the top of the pecking order and minorities were repressed, subjugated, or treated without regard to political correctness.
