They decided they couldn't get away with rigging that last state, and didn't tell Karl.

have some type of plot to steal Ohio, Anonymous picked on it and somehow Anonymous blocked their plan which allowed Ohio to hall how Ohio was going to fall (ultimately for Obama). I found that story reasonable because I think that they stole Ohio in the second Bush Jr election. I don't know if you ever watched the documentary on the electronic voting machines which showed how easy it was to rig the elctronic voting machines.

At risk of sounding like Trump, I'm convinced paperless electronic machines have in fact been rigged.

Karl thought they had Ohio stolen, but Anonymous had prevented them from stealing it.

a BLACK man won the presidency! Now they are going to have to accept a woman. Next? A BLACK WOMAN. Michelle?

Wouldn't that be wonderful - and a kick in the ass to those assholes. That kind of schadenfreude might just kill me.

Interesting. Even if they had stolen Ohio they still would have lost by 90 electoral votes. Presuming all the other States were tabulating fairly.

Obama would have won without Ohio, assuming all the other states fell the same way.

We've gone beyond the closeness that allowed the thefts of '00 and '04. The blue wall has Dems in the 240 range before the first vote is cast, at least in the Presidential. You can't bit slice and split demographics enough to make it so close that one state will swing it away from the blue wall.

Fox had to send Michael Barone down to talk poor Rove into putting his rifle down and coming out of the cave. I remember watching that on Fox. My wife and I were howling with laughter.

And electronic voting so easily hackable and with votes flipping right before my eyes and machines made by Diebold that also make ATM machines where I can get a paper receipt for my $ but not my vote. Every time I vote in any election all of these things are as fresh in my mind as yesterday.
